Touring the Sherry Triangle [video]

How do we solidify our team's love of sherry? Send them to its sun-drenched birthplace, of course!

Every year, we whisk a handful of our team away to the Sherry Triangle in Cadiz, southern Spain. Their mission? To delve into the heart of sherry-making, learning the secrets of this fortified wine straight from the bodegas themselves.

During their trip they have the opportunity to learn about the sherry-making process and history and drink fino sherry straight from the barrel. The fino’s briny notes and subtle nuttiness are something we get close to replicating with Tio Pepe Fino En Rama in the UK. The team also try amontillados with their rich amber hues and complex flavours, and olorosos that offer warmth and depth.

By the end of their trip, our team can’t wait to share their newfound passion for sherry with you when you come and dine with us.

Watch our team touring the province of Cádiz in southwestern Spain to learn about sherry production (2 mins).
