Our new summer menu is here, and we can’t wait for you to try it!
At our Fossgate (York), Leeds, and Hull restaurants, you’ll find a whole section dedicated to our Josper Charcoal Oven. The dishes in this section absorb a unique smoky sweetness from the coals, take on a beautiful char and are extremely tender.
Think miso-glazed fillet of beef, smoky and sweet slow-roasted aubergine, monkfish tail served with flame-grilled pepper purée and caramelised onion sauce, and oloroso sherry braised beef short rib! These dishes are not to be missed!
And over at our Goodramgate (York) restaurant? You'll find new and equally exciting seasonal dishes to enjoy alongside the warm days and light nights! Try the shockingly green Harrogate Blue Cheese & Spinach Croquette, chorizo and pork stuffed piquillo peppers, and thyme and garlic monkfish cheeks served on piperade.
