Seasonal Menus & Local Produce

Although we’re a Spanish restaurant, in our heart we’re Yorkshire and we want to highlight and showcase seasonality and provenance as much as possible throughout our menu. We’re also big on sustainability and working with local producers and suppliers reduces our food miles as much as possible.

Our seasonal specials highlight the best of seasonal produce which increases the quality and flavour of our dishes. We’re working on building relationships with local suppliers who we hope to return to each year to work their produce into seasonal specials that have a Spanish twist to them.

We source our Padron Peppers, a seasonal Spanish favourite, from Yorkshire Chillies in Wigginton. It’s a Spanish product but grown in Yorkshire which again reduces food miles.

We’ve also worked with Annabell’s Deliciously British on some seasonal Strawberry Specials (one paired with Spanish Iberico which worked together beautifully) and also with Yorkshire Asparagus on some seasonal Asparagus Specials, again one that paired nicely with jamon Iberico and pairs well with Amontillado Sherry.

They are seasonal so they’re available when produce is available, which also fully depends on the weather and growing conditions. So our advice is to get them while you can!
